Right now Conversational AI doesn't works with a custom sms provider. This is a big problem because we can't use it in workflow.

A big problem for all users who do not use a Twilio number. When using a custom SMS provider, several problems occur:
- you cannot use workflow automations such as Conversation AI step or BOT AI for appointment booking
- You cannot use if/then conditions when the system must recognize the intent of the response.
These two issues render key workflow features unusable. You cannot resell these services to customers.
So you have to solve these problems. Thank you
