Conversational AI Killswitch (On Only One Contact)

We are using this to book appointments for our clients at scale.
We have one person monitor these conversations on eliza - and we need to killswitch so we can jump in and save the day when the bot goes rogue.
Seems like a very simple think to toggle on, and hopeful this can integrate with Eliza as well.
BTW.. Its amazing having an army of AI setters that actually do a great job for our clients

100% agree with this. The current “Pause bot responses after booking – Disable further bot responses after an appointment is successfully booked for X days” setting does not actually pause the bot.
In our case, the bot is not designed to initiate conversations, only to respond to inbound messages. So once an appointment is booked, we expect the pause to kick in and let a human take over if the contact follows up. But even with this setting enabled, the bot still replies to any new message from the contact... meaning the setting is functionally useless in this context. And the bot continues to attempt to rebook new times, even going so far as to explain the time they booked is no longer available causing major confusion.
We need this setting to truly pause the bot, like the “Send bot to sleep when I send a message manually or through a workflow” setting does. Right now, the pause label is misleading and gives a false sense of control.
A real post-booking killswitch or pause mode sounds like exactly what we need: time to follow up manually without the bot stepping back in and confusing the conversation. This would be a huge improvement.

This is a must. It could be as simple as a tick box in the DND area : DND Conversation AI. This feature helps in 2 ways, one it allows user to override a bot during the tuning phase and for custom instance. 2 It will give confidence when we are selling the product on this feature, that we can always override the AI. This will relieve some users fears of AI in general.

Absolutely it is hard to monitor this and a reoorting tool and killswitch for Ai Conversations is a must. Also having the ability to train the Ai bot in thr workflow automation conversations is needed as well! Please help!!
