Right now, we cannot enter Custom Opportunity Values in the bot prompt. We would like to do that, as the conversation might be specific to an opportunity.
Create a Find opportunity | Update opportunity | Create opportunity in the conversation AI, similar to the workaround we have with workflow actions in the workflow builder.

This is essential for lead gen as we need to store quote or qualifying data inside the opportunity not the contact. I am surprised this isn't already here.

The workflow workaround gets messy fast when you're dealing with multiple opportunity stages. We end up with so many trigger workflows just to pass basic opportunity data to the bot.

Abhishek Kumar I dont want to update the Opportunity. I want to use the existing Opportunity Fields to affect the bot.
Thats why we would need "Find opportunity" action/setting so we can map the right fields.
