Abhishek Kumar The problem now is not the "confirmed or unconfirmed" state, the problem is that every appointment NEEDS to be assigned to a specific service/addon. Even if payment is not collected, having a pending appointment without knowing what the service/addon is completely unacceptable. What is the ETA on this?

Robert Diaz it will send a payment link, in the payment page everything will be filled just the user needs to input financial details and pay
both phase 1 and phase 2 are expected to go out in January 2026
Just need one confirmation , if in the first phase we directly book the appointment without sending payment link in unconfirmed state , will that work?

Abhishek Kumar I guess we can create a workflow and use unconfirmed service appts as triggers, then maybe use an action to send a payment link. Not ideal but if you do release this limited version, ensure proper trigger/action work and you explain how. This until payment is fully integrated which is the best way.

Abhishek Kumar: That works. It should be able to track payment and acknowledge once received. Also, what if the client is on live chat and the session closes and if the client makes a payment later? Will it be able to track and continue with the booking?

Just to be clear...
- Currently only MEETING appointments can be done conversationally.
- SERVICE appointments booking process should also be done conversationally.
- Bot should show the service(s) that best match the user's request
- Bot should also show related service addons
- Bot should be able to request/collect secure payment if service appt requires it.
- Bot should be able to offer/collect/apply COUPON code if requested.
- Bot should also be attentive for rescheduling/canceling requests conversationally.

I have a feature idea based on a common scenario I've seen at a barbershop (and I know others):
Sometimes a client needs to book multiple consecutive slots at once—for example, a father and his two children who want three back-to-back services.
Currently, this often requires three separate bookings. It would be much easier if the system allowed clients to:

Select and book multiple contiguous time slots
in one simple action.* Have an option to
add the names of the kids/sub-contacts
directly within the primary contact's reservation.This would make scheduling for families much smoother.

It would be great if the bots could conversationally offer appointment slots across different locations to work out the best time. Also be able to conversationally rebook contacts with the same GHL user as previous appointments. For example bot could say “your last appointment was with xxx, would you like to see xxx again, or are you happy to see a different person?” If the contact says they would like to xxx again, then the bot could search across multiple locations to find xxx’s next available slots within the contacts preferences. Or if the contact has a preference for one location, the bot would search for and offer slots at that location etc. This would be how a human receptionist would handle it. Is this doable?
