In Conversation AI > Configure Intent, you are required to pick a calendar.
But this does not work with service calendars ( as there will be multiple and you can only pick 1 ) or for clients that has their own calendars.
Wont it be better if you are able to include your own calendar link/url? Where Conversation AI will share/redirect the customer to the booking link.

DO you all need a fallback calendar as well incase the lead selects a service that doesnt belong to you
do you want to .book the lead in a fallback calendar or skip booking altogether .

In the appointment booking settings in Conversation AI, there is the option to choose only one calendar. It would be useful to have the ability to select (as a drop-down menu) multiple calendars or have the bot ask which calendar the person wants to book. Thinking about calendars that book different services, this functionality is necessary.

I’m having a problem with the conversation AI booking system. I can only pick one calendar when I have multiple service calendars and I can not let the bot book appointments for me. There should be a way to add multiple services to one calendar instead of having one calendar for each service or something like that.
