In Conversation AI > Configure Intent, you are required to pick a calendar.
But this does not work with service calendars ( as there will be multiple and you can only pick 1 ) or for clients that has their own calendars.
Wont it be better if you are able to include your own calendar link/url? Where Conversation AI will share/redirect the customer to the booking link.

The fallback calendar idea makes sense for our setup. We have some services where AI can't always match the intent perfectly, so having it default to a general intake calendar keeps leads from getting stuck.

Multi calendar is released.
It is available for both prompt based bot and flow builder bot.
It is out since 6 months.

Abhishek Kumar When will the Service Calendar V2 be released? For businesses with many employees and diverse services, current experience is quite limited.
Today, we need to recreate everything in V1 to allow the client to choose which professional they want to be served with. In addition, we are required to replicate the calendars individually, since the current model only works in the round-robin format.
This makes operational management more complex and not very scalable. Are there any forecasts for improvements in this regard?

DO you all need a fallback calendar as well incase the lead selects a service that doesnt belong to you
do you want to .book the lead in a fallback calendar or skip booking altogether .

In the appointment booking settings in Conversation AI, there is the option to choose only one calendar. It would be useful to have the ability to select (as a drop-down menu) multiple calendars or have the bot ask which calendar the person wants to book. Thinking about calendars that book different services, this functionality is necessary.

I’m having a problem with the conversation AI booking system. I can only pick one calendar when I have multiple service calendars and I can not let the bot book appointments for me. There should be a way to add multiple services to one calendar instead of having one calendar for each service or something like that.
