Hi GHL team,
I’d like to suggest a small improvement to the Conversation AI Auto Followup settings.
Currently, day/time restrictions apply universally to the full follow-up sequence. It would be much more flexible if each individual follow-up message could have its own allowed days and sending times.
Example:
Follow-up 1: all days, 09:00–19:00
Follow-up 2: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Follow-up 3: Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00
This would make Auto Followup easier to adapt to different use cases without needing awkward workarounds.
