Create a way for the Conversation AI to overlook/forget previous conversations.

My clients need this as leads often get back in touch after a while for different products/services. And when they do the Conversation AI is always 'reading' the previous conversations and starting the conversation assuming that the lead wants to speak about something that was discussed previously. Even if this conversation was weeks or months ago.

I need a way to tell the AI to forget previous conversations when the lead has filled in a new form so the conversation starts fresh from that moment on.
