So currently the bot goes to sleep when you reply through GHL or lead connector, but sometimes i get a message on instagram and don’t want to have to go to lead connector if I am already on instagram, and i reply to the dm via instagram the bot then kicks in and its very confusing for customers. The idea would be that if we manually reply using the original platform, lead connector or directly through ghl than the bot goes to sleep.
