Make it possible to offer Conversation AI as an AI chatbot for clients so that we can install a chatbot on their website and train the Conversation AI to match their business. In conjunction with this, the automated answering feature would also be much appreciated so it doesn't just come up with an answer but also sends the response.

I support the requirement: allow the conversation ai to send replies to the chat widget as well, instead of just these three (sms, fb, ig).

Great Update. But I still think it's unpleasant that you can't continue the conversation on the chat widget on the website instead of SMS.
