Creating a Q&A from feedback often doesn't help with feedback. In Open AI Assistant (direct thread) you can give INSTRUCTIONS as feedback... Typical examples:
  • the bot missed a step in the process - it should have done X
  • bot is answering questions about product A not product B
  • the bot should have split this question into 2 questions
Note: the Q&A approach can also create strange results without context. For example, I found on reviewing Q&A some questions were just single words, eg. the lead's phone number, and what was needed was feedback as an instruction "if the contact provides their phone number do [x]". These instructions are often needed to reinforce the instructions and conversation process flow, which is ALREADY in the prompt...
