Allow Conversational AI to Pull Links from Knowledgebase

We've noticed the conversational AI Does not pull Links from the Knowledgebase, Basically he cannot send product links to customers. While So many AI chatbots around the world can do it. We have to put the links in the prompt if we want the AI to send the link of a specific product, Which makes it impossible to build a prompt that works for Ecommerce Businesses since they expect The AI to send the client a Specific Product link.

Running into this with our ecommerce clients too. Having to hardcode product links in prompts defeats the whole purpose of dynamic conversations.

i am having this problem right now...iS there anyone with solution to this while we wait for GHL to fix it? .... i am curretly using automations but it still have FRICTIONS, its a major setback for ecommerce stores
