Allow AI to Pull Multiple Choice or Selection Custom Field Data for Contact details

Currently, The AI Voice and Conversational AI, can only read Single Text Option fields for contact data. If businesses want a multiple selection or multiple choice to prevent client error or mistyping, then it becomes manual because the AI currently cant understand multiple choice or change selection when a client calls in. This would save alot of time and effort and prevent errors with having to only use single text option with AI.

Nick Sims this is currently in the roadmap but still you have to put the options in the prompt so that ai can update the correct value.
