Allow AI Chatbot to show when it's "thinking" so guests know it's working on a response

My prospects like the chatbot, but they wish it would show when the bot is thinking, especially if the response takes more than a few seconds. You can see when the bot is thinking in the Bot Trial, but you can't see when it's thinking when it's on a live website. It would be great to add this feature! Thanks.

100%. The slowness of the response is causing customers to leave mid-screening and thus I'm left with a few partially answered questions (which would have been qualified leads) and no contact information. At the very least, if we can't use our own OpenAI API key or have some elevated access for quicker response times, an indication for when the chatbot is thinking is CRUCIAL.

Please add this! Would also be nice to add a default message if the bot takes longer than X seconds to respond. Something like "One moment, we're still working on your request..."
