Allow a clickable link to be in the answers to the FAQ that the bot is replying back to.

For example: If a customer ask how do I apply for your service? The Bot can respond back with, "You can click here to apply: (Link to Form/Survey)". This link should be clickable and easy to access.

Michael Westhafer (admin only) test it on real conversation like sms , live chat or facebook , it will be clickable .
