When a prospect reaches out via a social channel like IG, whatsapp, fb, the AI will use the prospect's social name inside the CRM instead of the real name provided inside the AI conversation with the prospect.

there needs to be a way to allow AI to override the name if it is coming from these channels. it doesn't look very good to ask for name then to send a booking to them using their social name.
