As the bots responds to customer queries especially for businesses that has multiple products and prices, the 1 paragraph merged replies can be confusing and difficult for the user to understand. Hope GHL can improve the AI to respond in structured formats or share photos and videos responses soon.
Example of what I mean by structured response:
Package 1:
Product A : USD10
Product B : USD 50

Our clients always complain about this too. The AI just dumps everything in one messy paragraph when listing services or pricing. Having it format responses with proper line breaks and structure would make conversations way cleaner.

which channel you need this . is this for your end contact or internal GHL conversation page .
