AI Conversational Bot Sends Unnecessary messages

For example, when we send appointment reminders, and the contact responds with something like 'Okay, perfect', the bot always has to respond ('Perfect, if you need something I am here to help you', and that makes the conversation worse. It would be nice if the bot does not have to respond to all messages, especially those like 'Thank you', 'Ok'...

Mario Gallardo this can be done by stop bot action .

Abhishek Kumar Yes, but the last message from the bot is annoying (it would be better if it just gets deactivated for the time we decide, without having to send that last message). This also affects as if the contact '24h' later respond to the bot's last message with the same, it will send again that last message.

Mario Gallardo we are working on that

Abhishek Kumar Hello, The AI bot should better understand context for replies like “OK” or “Thank you.”
For example, after a reminder, the bot should not respond to a simple “Thank you”. But if the bot asks a question (e.g., “Do you want to book the appointment?”) and the user replies “OK, thank you,” the bot should continue and take action.
Currently, the only workaround is disabling the bot when it detects “OK” or “Thank you,” within a workflow but this turns it off in all cases (horrible). The bot should instead detect whether a response requires action and either stop or continue accordingly.

Mario Gallardo for now please use stop bot action . That's the only solution
The last message we are working on it.

Abhishek Kumar have you been able to fix the fact that the bot knows how to interpret the ok? It's super annoying to see how the bot has an unlimited conversation when it's not necessary, and if it stopped every time they say thank you, the conversation can be left in the middle and that's very bad

Mario Gallardo. Thank you for the feedback
We will work on a fix.
I will put this in roadmap
For now you can input 10 spaces in the last message it willsave it without last message in stop bot.

Abhishek Kumar but the problem is that even that solution does not work because the problem is that if we send a reminder and they say 'OK/THANK YOU', in that case a response is not needed and the bot should stop, but if the bot asks 'Do you want me to book the appointment' and they say 'OK/THANK YOu' then the bot will be stopped and no action will be takenm

Mario Gallardo so you want a stop bot condition for conversation closure.
