The option 'Pause bot messaging after booking an appt' is activated, but even in that case, the bot continues sending messages like 'I am booking your appt...' and it is annoying

Mario Gallardo that is the final confirmation message after booking the appointment . After this message bot will not talk again.
Technically think it of as the reply to the last message
So that won't be possible. Confirmation message will go out anyway

Abhishek Kumar The thing is that if people have personalised appt confirmation messages like 'Hey, your appt is confirmed' and the bot just after booking, says someething like 'I confirm you...' (which changes every time and is not the way we would like to have it), lots of messages are sent and look really unprofessional.
It would be awesome/incredible not only if the 'Deactivate bot after appt booked' option, deactivated the bot with as soon as it books the appt, but also that it does not have to respond to EVERYTHING (as it usually leads to an unprofessional, never-ending conversation)

Abhishek Kumar The thing is that in the Appt Booking Conversational AI bot action that is available within the workflows, you give us the option to stop any appt confirmation message after the appt is being booked, and it works perfectly: it does not say anything; but with the conversational ai bot it not working that way, that is why i dont understand why it does not work the same way.

Mario Gallardo both bots are different and the backend tech / architecture is different.
I would try to discuss internally to bring in this feature but cannot promise any ETA

For time being you can prompt it what to say after appointment is booked
