The AI booking bot only works on SMS.
So while it can be triggered via Socials and email, it cannot have the conversation anywhere other than SMS.
If the contact doesn't have a phone number then the process will be skipped.
Propose that the AI booking bot work on Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Any other channels would be great, too.

Puru Bansal When I created the idea ticket in Feb 2023, SMS was the only one - by adding in the booking bot to the other places I do feel like you've nailed it, though I see a couple suggesting LinkedIn, which would be interesting.

I want a workflow where the bot can follow up to emails from interested leads. I want to categorize the lead replies into 3 or 4 buckets, based off the type of response:
* "Can you send me more info?"
* "Yes, I'm interested."
* "What do you do? / What are you offering?"
* anything else would go into an UNKNOWN bucket.
then have the AI generate an email response based off of which bucket the reply falls into. Anything in the UNKNOWN bucket can be assigned to a team member for manual follow ups.
I don't care if it uses the GPT powered by OpenAI action or if it uses a workflow action for Conversation AI, but I want to be able to automate the first one or two email replies using a trainable AI.

It is possible/probable that the desired outcome and language used in different channel would require a differently trained bot.

The booking bot should be able to book for different appointment types. Right now, the prequalifying questions that it asks work if you only have one type of client/service. If you want to ask different prequalifying questions based on the type of lead or service, you cannot currently do so.
