AI Booking Bot for all channels

The AI booking bot only works on SMS.
So while it can be triggered via Socials and email, it cannot have the conversation anywhere other than SMS.
If the contact doesn't have a phone number then the process will be skipped.
Propose that the AI booking bot work on Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Any other channels would be great, too.

Yes please implement this like yesterday. I didn't even know it would not work on the other channels. So it's just basically an FAQ chatbot on the other channels?

I would like to see the Conversation AI to be part of a Chat widget on the website which makes it truely the omnichannel AI Assistant and worth the money we are paying for this service. The Conversation AI needs to add other channels as well like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email and more.

When Conversation AI doesn’t know what to say it should NOT say “That’s taken, any other time that works for you?”
Worst case it should say something like: I’m not sure what you are saying. You can book an appointment here {{booking link}}.
