Basically set advanced settings for a much more human like responses.
- Bot Personality
-Voice/ Tone of the bot
- Objective(s) priority with conditions
- Priority settings on Objective, bot will complete these objectives in order of priority.
- Conditions in objective(s) can be set.
- Retry limit, limits the # of attempts of the bot to complete a priority objective before moving to the next one.
- Update a custom field per objective
