We need to be able to use Go High Level's Conversation AI inside Communities! If AI can help keep our social media pages active, it should also help us engage, support, and strengthen relationships with our customers inside our Communities.
With automated responses, conversation starters, and engagement tools, we could keep our Communities thriving and create more meaningful touchpoints with customers—without having to manually respond to every interaction. This keeps the conversation flowing, strengthens brand loyalty, and helps businesses provide real value to their audience. More engagement = better retention and more value for everyone using the platform!
Right now, the AI chatbot can engage with people on Facebook and Instagram, which is great—but what about our Go High Level Communities? If we’re using the built-in community feature, we want it to be just as engaging (if not more) than social media.
Communities are where we build relationships with our customers, nurture leads, and create deeper connections beyond just social media interactions. Using Conversation AI here would be a game changer!
