Please please, add ability to connect Claude 3.5 Sonnet custom integration for Conversation AI with custom knowledge base and instructions. Its the only model that actually makes human like conversations and understand context well enough.

Definitely would be great to add this and even other models like Gemini
Even if they're available as the backup models in case OpenAI goes down
Currently we can have other models as backups, but they're all from OpenAI, typically if one goes down or is degraded, the others are affected too, so not as useful as being able to switch to a secondary or tertiary backup provider (eg Claude / Gemini)

I definitely agree. Claude's capability to handle more instructions would be of great benefit for the whole AI suite.

Connecting Anthropic's Claude would be of great benefit. Sonnet 4 generates more human like output, much better than OpenAI. Can this be done?
