Add the capability to provide a system prompt or message prompt to provide the personality, company info, brand, writing-style and guidelines/rules for the chatbot behaviour.

It's a fundamental part of making decent and more company specific AI-bot responses.

All other Chatbot systems have this capability. It's a must have in my eyes and it's the primary reason that's turning me off from fully endorsing the GHL Conversational AI system.
