Active / inactive AI status affects all conversations

I thought if we deactive AI for a specific conversation shall just deactive this chat, but it deactivated all chats. This is not what clients want. Client want to deactivate for specific chat.

@John Yao you need to keep the bot in auto pilot mode else it will deactivate for all chats .
to turn off for a specific chat , you need to go to contact and there is conversation ai icon beside the send message button , you can deactivate the bot for specific contact . Check the screenshot .

Abhishek Kumar It actually deactivated all, we have tested it many times. Now what we do, is using workflow to deactivate and activate the AI chat for certain contact with a custom field in the if else branch.
