Imagine receiving a message from a prospect or client and your bot starts answering questions incorrectly which it's not trained for yet - you are nowhere near your computer to switch off the bot for the conversation. The only way to deal with this is to send an "interrupt" message so make the bot pause, and while you're "typing" a message the bot keeps on with it's incorrect responses. Instead, why can't we have a button on mobile app to switch off the bot for that conversation? Or "snooze" bot for x amount of hours. This function doesn't exist in the mobile app which makes no sense whatsoever!
