Ability to check the Conversation AI log file

There is currently no way to check why the AI fired the human handover that I did not configure. I mean under a condition that I did not define for human handover. I can't find out the reason because there is no log file to check what's wrong and why it fired.

The Crunch below every ai message there is a 2 star icon - you can click that and see the action logs tabs
also when an action gets triggered there is a action log created in conversation screen or contact page .
you can click that and see which condition got triggered .
