Ability for AI to switch between Platforms in the same conversation

As the AI is having conversations with people: Say for example on Instagram, some clients give their phone number and request to be contacted over WhatsApp or SMS...Sometimes they even ask for us to send them emails....
It would be fant6astic if the AI could switch platforms and continue the conversation from there

This happens in followup , we have a dynamic channel switching .
it will be difficult to capture the intent midway during initial conversation

I can currently switch channels through workflows, but the problem is that I am only limited to 3 workflow triggers, even with the upcoming extension of 10 workflow triggers, it won't cover the 100's of scenarios I have to account for , so just having the AI be smart enough to switch channels on it's own would be a game changer
I agree, it could be Difficult but it is possible, which will make it very hard for other AI software companies to copy. And if you manage to pull this off, it would be one of the most advanced and versatile AI's in the market
