We really need the ability for AI chatbots to display images/gifs and even videos (amongst other basic things like embedded buttons), in context to a lead's inquiries. This is needed in Live Chat as well as FB/IG DMs and SMS. If the latter incurs MMS charges for whatever reason, so be it. Especially useful to showcase a client's expertise to win business in medicine, chiropractic, etc. I can imagine very good for ecommerce, too.

Allow for videos/pictures/files to be shared through livechat via AI or in workflow. For example: I would like to automatically send a demo video through live chat when a possible lead asks my AI chatbot whatever trigger question.
