This is a must have feature for any CRM. There is no way to look up data to use it for anything else in zapier. A search for a contact, or opportunity is a huge deal to making the zapier integration useful. Must be able to search by single points of data as well such as phone number only, or email only. This way phone calls from the primary phone system can be logged, and retrieve data to be sent back out to the client.
