Visibility of existence of Tasks, Notes, Appointments in Contact before opening

It would be really great to just have highlighting on the icons in the Contact to flag that a Note exists for that contact. Or an appointment or Task etc.

These would make a huge difference to me. Saving so much time and effort. It's one of the main reasons I avoid the platform because I know I'm going to have to slog my way through so many clicks and waiting time to see info I would have thought should be visible instantly. It feels like it's buried in a tomb and I have to dig it out. Please make this available GHL. Please! Thank you.

It would be great to be able to select contacts with Notes, contacts with Tasks, or contacts with Appointments independently.
Eg. Filter to be able to show only contacts with Appointments. Filter to show only contacts with Notes. Filter to show only contacts with Tasks.
