UX/UI Design really needs a TON of improvement. Not just the look (these rounded corners, overlapping pieces, lack of color, etc., looks like a developer designed it), but also the functionality.

There are so many places where it's clear a real-world business owner had zero input.

Look at Sprout, Zoho, etc., and how clear the design is. Great hierarchy, modern colors, and, most importantly, consistent functionality throughout the site.

Less is more. Much of GHL is obviously developer driven and not user driven. Hiring a consultant, qualified designers, and real world user testing would go a long way.

I don't need any new features, or AI, I just need a CRM that is clean and works reliably.
