Universal Contact Search Feature

When “Only Assigned Data” is enabled, agents can’t see other agents’ leads — but that causes issues when checking for duplicates or confirming contact ownership. Is there a way to enable a universal search feature within a Smart List or in the Contact Search feature that shows assigned user if a duplication occurs?

There is manage duplicate in the contact fields for admin to address this and you can also automate add all users as followers to the contact in the workflow to make this a possibility but, there is a lot of privacy and identify violation issue right now in GHL. If you do this, you will need to be ready that all users can simply change contact details instead and we do not have ways to enable disable any fields in the contact from being edited by any users or admins.
