Would be really useful for tracking/stats purposes if we could have info of exactly when a new lead/opportunity actually came through and opted in (the date and exact time), and more importantly ...if we can have some type of a stat that showed how long it took for a phone call to be placed to the lead if it was called through the HL app/dashboard.
That way we can accurately track call response times from our clients and be able to relay that info back if they are taking too long to call. The only way to do this currently is to go into each call recording (if it's on), manually check when the call was made, and check when the initial text was sent out and try to gauge from there how long it took. That's pretty time consuming.
This feature would really help!
