I would like to report an additional issue related to TikTok messages integration, which is affecting the mobile experience and message tracking in the CRM.
The problem occurs specifically on mobile devices:
When I open a TikTok conversation on the phone, the conversation appears empty, even though there has been active communication with the client
The same conversation displays correctly on desktop/laptop
Additionally, not all TikTok messages are being received or logged in the CRM
This behavior creates confusion and makes it difficult to follow up with leads in real time, especially when working from a mobile device. Since many responses and follow-ups are handled on the phone, this becomes a significant operational issue.
To summarize:
TikTok conversations show no messages on mobile
Messages are visible on desktop only
Some TikTok messages never reach the CRM at all
This issue negatively impacts response time, lead management, and overall client communication. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and provide a fix or clarification as soon as possible.
