In Active Campaign, in the Tags section, there are two columns named "Contacts" and "Automations", respectively (see attached image). In each column there's a linked number that you can click to see what contacts have the tag applied or what automations currently include/use the tag. This is tremendously helpful in terms of knowing what tags are actually in use versus not, so active ones can be kept, inactive ones can be deleted and overall tidiness can be improved. Without this it's so easy to end up with huge lists of tags that no one knows if/what is being used for, especially in teams, and this would really help mitigate that. A "Note/Comment" column where the tag can be described (i.e. a note about what it's used for) would also be tremendously helpful (and filling it out could be optional).
