When you switch OFF permission to access tags the following happens:

1) When the user goes into SETTINGS, the TAGS option isn't visible - working

2) When the user opens a contact and scrolls down to the bottom section where there's the blue heading TAGS; access to tags is denied - working

3) The user has access to adding / removing tags via the icons at the top of the CONTACT window - bug as accessed to tags has been denied: it would be ideal if these two ADD TAG / REMOVE TAG options were not visible as the tag permission has been denied
