Problem we are having are children! Parents have an email address, children don't and we aren't allowed to directly contact children. So it is very difficult to build custom fields that cope with multiple children per parent that allow calendar bookings and workflow processes.

It's a very big problem. Would love if we can associate a contact (child) with the main contact (parent), so that the parent gets the communication messages when the child contact has no email and phones. Workflows that correspond as well.
