We definitely need a sunset policy configuration that's easy to set up and trigger, and not have to build one or more convoluted automations to make sure we stop sending emails to unengaged customers/leads.

Right now, as per GHL support, the only way to do this is building an automation that seems extremely clunky and adds an extra load of work to the person in charge of email marketing. I really hope we see this update in the near future, it's amazing to me that it's not yet in GHL.
