Tagging or adding bulk contacts to workflows is painfully slow when you’re capped at 100 contacts per page, especially if you’re working with thousands. In this video, I walk through the current limitations and suggest a simple yet powerful fix:
  1. let users choose the page size with greater options (e.g. 100 | 500 | 1,000 |
    Variable
    ) when managing contacts in Smart Lists.
  2. let users jump to specific pages without having to click Next repeatedly.
This would make bulk tagging, triggering automations, or moving contacts way faster and less frustrating for users managing high volumes.
A quick win that could massively improve UX for agencies and advanced users alike.
