Give us the ability to bulk select items using Shift + Click. Almost every platform I've used has this functionality baked in.

Scenario:

You need to bulk select 30 rows of contacts but don't want to click each individual contact 30 times. Instead you click the first one and then Shift + Click the last one so all contacts in between are selected. (See Screenshot)

Contact management is a pain in the ass. I get a ton of SPAM calls and duplicate contacts from the prospecting tool.
