It would be extremely helpful to allow users to set the default tab that appears when opening a Contact record. Currently, the "Activity" tab loads by default, but for many teams, the "Notes" tab is more relevant and actionable.
We’re requesting an option to:
Set "Notes" as the default tab instead of "Activity"
OR allow users to choose their preferred default tab (Activity, Notes, Tasks, etc.)
Optionally, show the Last Note directly in the Contact list view for quick access
This would streamline contact reviews, improve internal communication, and reduce clicks across teams that rely heavily on Notes.
