Send same invoice to multiple emails

I have a client that wants his recurring invoice to be sent to his accounting department and also copy him on it. I don't want to have to manually go in and either download a copy or copy and email a link every month for every client that wants this.

We need this too as some companies have a billing department and all want it rather than 1 person getting it. We have to manually send the email to them.
