Search a Contact to Restore

just as you can search for a contact normally, i would love to be able to search for a contact to be restored instead of flipping through pages of restore contacts to find them.

This feature is really needed, especially for accounts with thousands of contacts.
We recently had an active customer accidentally included in a large bulk deletion because one of the filtering criteria appears to have been incorrect. When we discovered the problem, trying to locate that one contact in the Restore area was virtually impossible because there is no way to search by name, email, or phone number. We would have had to manually work through page after page of deleted contacts.
HighLevel Support was ultimately able to locate the contact from the backend so that I could restore it and I was very thankful, but it only makes more sense to m ake this functionality available to the front end administrators.
At a minimum, Contact Restore should include:
• Search by name, email, and phone number
• Filters for deletion date/date range
• Most recently deleted contacts displayed first
• Identification of the user, workflow, or bulk action responsible for the deletion
• A reliable way to restore contacts regardless of whether they were deleted manually, through a bulk action, or by a workflow
There also appears to be a discrepancy in HighLevel's documentation that should be clarified. One HighLevel help article indicates that restoring a deleted contact also restores associated information such as conversations, opportunities, notes, tasks, appointments, and workflow participation, while another warns that associated contact data may be permanently lost and not restored with the contact.
When we're dealing with the accidental deletion of an active customer, knowing exactly what will and will not be recovered is extremely important.
The ability to restore contacts is valuable, but recovery needs to be treated as a complete safety system, not simply a list of deleted records. Search, filtering, chronological sorting, consistent recovery regardless of how the deletion occurred, and clear documentation about what data is actually restored would make this feature dramatically more useful and much safer for agencies managing large databases.

There are also several existing ideas that appear to address different pieces of the same underlying problem:
Search Bar inside Contact Restore, 6/4/2024
Contact Restore Filter, 2/7/2024
Restore Deleted Conversations, 1/12/2024
Ability to Restore Contacts Deleted by Workflow
That last one is particularly concerning. If a contact deleted by a workflow cannot be restored through the same recovery tools available for other deleted contacts, an automation mistake could potentially result in the loss of important customer history without an obvious self-service recovery path.

and also make the most recent deleted contact show up first instead of the oldest. That is DUMB to have the oldest first

not having a search function to look for contacts to restore is making this function useless. Nobody wants to scroll through 100's pages to find 1 name
