Currently, if you edit a smartlist filter you have to click the button to "apply" and then also click the button to "save."

This has led to myself and several clients accidently closing the filter menu after clicking "apply" thinking the settings would save.

The system should prevent a user from closing the filter menu unless the filter changes are either saved or discarded.
