Resend Emails That Show Delivered but the Recipient Did Not Receive

Sometimes an email sent through LC Mail says delivered but the recipient does not see the email. We need an easy option to resend these emails.

Agree- a resend option on the contact record itself would be amazing. There are many times I just want an individual email to go out again. Like today, I just have one person who needs a campaign email again. I don't want to have to send it to everyone who didn't open the email, and I don't want to have to redo a full campaign for just one person.
I have also wanted to resend workflow emails. So again, instead of sending that one person back through a workflow that may do other things to just get an email, it would be great to just resend the email from the contact record.

Please add a "resend button" in the contact conversations.
It sounds simple, but this makes it so much easier to help customers when they need to receive the same info again either because they never received it or they received it but can't find it.

Please add a simple feature that shows "resend invoice". This will solve so many problems! We seriously need this feature.
Currently you need to open the invoice into a new tab - copy the URL - go to Gmail and compose and email to the customer.
That is a lot of work for a simple feature. Please add!

This option already exists in email campaigns. Just click on the three dots next to the campaign and choose resend to unopened.

Joshua David Hearne Often, that option says "too old" to resend. What is the time frame to get those resent before being too old? Thanks

Cheryl Condon Yep, I hear ya! For us, it's been an email server issue on their side not accepting our sending email address. We look like a new setup to them so they spam or block us.
