We have clients who ask for this because they want to send personalized emails to specific contacts who fit the filter criteria for the smart list, but they don't want them included in the bulk email blast so they'd like a way to remove them only from the smart list for this purpose, but still retain the contact in their contact records. They don't want to adjust the contact criteria or add a special tag just for this purpose - they just want to be able to individually remove selected contacts from smart lists. Can this request be prioritized?

I'm new to the crm.

I want to be able to have a way to remove an individual from a smartlist so I can use that list to assign people to another workflow, but I don't want the people I remove.

Not having the ability to do this is creating extra work.

This would be a time saver and prevent me from having to create more new lists than i need.

this is a must so you can have contacts on update emails regarding their order but prevent them from getting promo emails or sms due their request.
