Relationship In Contact

This is important in a photographic business as well. Being able to see at a glance the familial relationships! An example of another CRM here. I see this is Under Review almost a year ago. Has there been any further update?

Jonathan Ryle it is frustrating to have to use a separate CRM to record familial relationships with corresponding birthdates, phone numbers, school affiliations etc. Since we can already do this by creating a company why not add this feature to contacts?

many companies have multiple people involved in transactions. Nowadays everyone is doing SMS vs Emails. Both my other CRM's let me do group SMS with multiple contacts at once. Maybe set up as one company and then multiple contacts under that company but they need to be able to do group email and sms

We absolutely need this! For real estate there are multiple parties to a transaction and we need to be able to link them all!

Would love to see this feature happening so we can track family relationship and referral relationship

In accounting, many CRM, billing and workflow softwares have relationships built in, like with family members or businesses, and you can usually select bill together or have links from each other's accounts with the relationship title on it. This makes it easy to see who is a relationship and how they are related, and be able to bill a parent for a child, for example (think child care or real estate purchases too). Or bill a business for shareholder tax returns. SOOOOOO useful.

That would be the best for my client who are realtor

This would be great for our industry. Adding spouses and/or children to a contact record would be so helpful.
