Currently, any team member with access to a contact can view all of its notes, and there is no way to keep a note visible only to its creator. This is a problem when a contact shares very personal or sensitive information that other users in the account should not see.

We request a “Private” option when creating a note, so that only its author can view it. This would let teams keep full access to shared contacts while protecting sensitive information and respecting the contact’s privacy.
