Prevent Overwrite of Existing Contact Information

When an existing contacts use different details submitted via a form or through a calendar link, it overwrites the original contact information. We’d like to improve this process so that instead of replacing the original information, the new details are added as an additional information to prevent data loss.

This would be great. A possible workaround could be using notes to auto place their contact info at each stage.
So when you get a new lead the workflow would automatically create a note that has their contact info. Then you can always go to notes.
You could do something with custom fields too but I’d prefer notes if it were me.
