Pin a specific note to the top. Would be great to have an easily accessible note at the top of the notes list to include links associated with the contact or opportunity, as urls are not clickable in custom fields.

Rakhi Laddar any chance we can get an option to the workflow notes module to set a note as pinned by default.
Use case.... add a note via workflow and always set that note as pinned.

Being able to put special instructions that support needs to know immediately, gives them an advantage when dealing with a client; even while still reviewing the other notes.

I've been using description in the contacts "additional Info" for "Not to be lost within the timeline" notes.
